Seller data is presented in legal documents and directly before purchase. They are not displayed in the main header or in promotional parts of the service.

2. Nature of the service and use of AI

The service offers symbolic Tarot interpretations as well as free content and tools. The fortune-teller Aurora is a virtual character operating using artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically based on information provided by the user and the symbolism of the cards assigned to the order.

The content is entertaining, spiritual, and reflective in nature. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice and does not guarantee specific events.

Services requiring additional calculations, which the service does not currently perform in full, are marked as temporarily unavailable and cannot be paid for.

3. Purchases without an account

The service does not maintain customer accounts or user registration. Each order is placed without an account, using the email address and data provided in the order form. The completed interpretation and information related to fulfillment are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract

The user selects an available service, describes the situation, provides required data, accepts the terms, and reviews the privacy policy. Before payment, the service name, price, actual scope of the provision, and seller data required for entering into a distance contract are visible. The contract is concluded upon successful confirmation of payment.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are given in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes, if any. One-time payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Available methods depend on the Stripe account settings, country, device, and the particular transaction. The service does not use a subscription, unless explicitly indicated before purchase in the future.

6. Fulfillment

After payment confirmation, the system begins automatic preparation of the full interpretation. The response is delivered to the email address provided in the order. The client does not need to log in or create an account to place an order or receive the prediction.

If a given service description does not include a PDF file, the service is delivered in the form of electronic content sent by email. The service does not promise a format it does not actually generate.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Commencement

As a rule, the consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, with exceptions provided by law. Before proceeding to Stripe, the user must separately and explicitly request the commencement of the service / delivery of digital content before 14 days have passed and acknowledge the effects of full performance of the service on the right of withdrawal.

8. Complaints

A complaint can be sent to odkryjwrozbe@gmail.com or mailed to Strażacka St. 52A, 35-312 Rzeszów. The submission should include the order number, description of the problem, and expected resolution. A response will be provided no later than 14 days from receipt of the submission.

9. Data of other people

For services related to relationships, we request only the first name or nickname of the other person, if it is necessary for context. We do not ask for the date of birth of the other person. The user should limit the information provided to the minimum necessary to describe their own situation.

10. Sensitive topics and safety

If the question concerns illness, diagnosis, treatment, pregnancy, death, suicide or self-harm, violence and immediate threat, disappearance, the result of legal proceedings, investments, gambling, politics, or election outcomes, the service does not provide predictions or decision-making advice in this area. The response may refer supportively to emotions, boundaries, and safe aspects of the situation and indicate the need to seek an appropriate specialist or real help.

11. Final provisions

The regulations are effective from the date of their publication. Changes do not affect the rights arising from previously placed orders. Matters not regulated are governed by Polish law, in particular provisions concerning consumer rights and services provided electronically.
